Lest We Forget

Today 11-11 at 11 o’ clock we stand for a two minute silence, to remember those warriors who were sent to war, to give their all, they innocently trusted that what they were told was true, that they were and are lied to does not detract from their bravery or from their sacrifice.

In England we buy red poppies fron the British Legion who use the money to provide help for widows, to help people who have been hurt in the fighting and to remember our brave warriors who gave their all on Flanders field and in sadly many, many other conflicts through our the world.

Today I can only think of two words, Depleted Uranium,

The Pentagon has been using radio active weapons for at least a decade and a half with full complicity of at least three White House administrations and Republican and Democratic congressional legislators. Conservatively, at least 300 tons and 1,700 tons of depleted uranium were used in the Gulf War and the current Iraq War, respectively. This is about 70 grams of depleted uranium per Iraqi citizen, and if inhaled or ingested, it is enough to kill them all.

Is this not radioactive genocide, especially when our troops used and continue to use most of the depleted uranium munitions in densely populated areas such as Baghdad and Fallujah? Depleted uranium has a half-life of billions of years. Consequently, Iraq will be a wasteland forever and essentially uninhabitable for anyone.

Iraqi and visiting doctors, and a number of news reports, have reported that birth defects and cancers in Iraqi children have increased five- to 10-fold since the 1991 Gulf War and continue to increase sharply, to over 30-fold in some areas in southern Iraq. Currently, more than 50 percent of Iraqi cancer patients are children under the age of 5, up from 13 percent. Children are especially vulnerable because they tend to play in areas that are heavily polluted by depleted uranium.

After the 1991 Gulf War, about 1 in 4, or 150,000, U.S. veterans came down with what is referred to as "Gulf War Syndrome." Most of the ailments characteristics of Gulf War Syndrome are consistent with radiation or heavy-metal poisoning. Veterans' children are now also born with higher proportions of birth defects and other genetic disorders, according to sporadic accounts. The Pentagon continues to deny the harmful effects of depleted uranium or its role in Gulf War Syndrome.

As described by a report of the World Health Organization Depleted Uranium Mission to Kosovo, uranium can be found in rocks and soil and contributes to natural background levels of radioactivity. Depleted uranium is a waste product of uranium enrichment for nuclear reactors and is about 60 percent as radioactive as naturally occurring uranium. Depleted uranium is considered weakly radioactive.

Nevertheless, depleted uranium is considered nuclear waste and has to be disposed of accordingly, which is expensive and a potential environmental hazard. The nuclear industry must be very pleased the U.S. military has found a way to get this stuff off their hands cheaply.

Depleted uranium is really a misnomer, because the potentially harmful effects are by no means depleted. Research reports have found that when depleted uranium is ingested or inhaled, it can cause cancers and birth defects. It has considerable heavy-metal toxicity.

As stated in the WHO report, because of its high density, depleted uranium is used in armor-piercing ammunition and as reinforcement against conventional weapons. Upon impact, the depleted uranium fragments burn at intense heat, and 10 to 35 percent of it becomes aerosolised. This aerosolised uranium "dust" is the most harmful component because it can easily be ingested or inhaled.

Wind and people walking through it also easily disperse the depleted uranium dust. This dust is a predominant by product of military use of depleted uranium, in contrast to, for example, exposures in uranium mines or nuclear reactors.

Our troops in Iraq will be severely affected by this radioactive war, not only because a lot more depleted uranium has been used and continues to be used, but also because they have been there a lot longer than during the Gulf War. Hundreds of thousands of our troops will come down with Gulf War Syndrome as a result of depleted uranium poisoning, and thousands will die from it. Thousands of their children will be born with genetic diseases, cancers and birth defects.

Please be warned the pictures in these links showing tragic birth defects are upsetting and haunting

The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month.

We all owe so much to those brave souls who, at the whim and lunacy of the sovereign nations, went to wage war in France. Mostly in a large muddy field where they witnessed horrors the like of which no one had seen before.
Their lives were not wasted and the likes of people of my generation, certainly the freedom to express our selves as we want, would not be with us now without them.
It should have been the war to end all wars but unfortunately man still exists and while he does, war will always be there.

again beg to differ :>)

Wars and the war machine is part of the conspiracy against the human race as explained in "take the red pill"

I do not and would not denigrate from the bravery and innocent trust of our warriors.

However, as I said we have a duty to wake up, see the brain washing and propaganda for what it is and make our voices heard to stop the slaughter......

Depleted Uranium, do your own research, we are sheep to the slaughter...ALL of us!

I know a man who, one of the East Ends notorious families, when a man he didn't like bumped into him, took him to a lock-up, tortured him for two weeks, slicing off his eyebrows, nipples and lips and when finished took him to a field in Rainham and set fire to him.
Man is, by and large, good but flawed and it would be foolhardy to believe all of us are brainwashed when so may are, and always have been psychotic. For example Nero.

Our closest animal cousins are mostly herbivores who, when the need arises, slaughter one of their own by beating it to death before eating it.

Humans like to pretend that they are better than animals, they are not and although you and I may yearn for peace, not all men do by nature and not nurture. Nor is it due entirely to brainwashing or propaganda. And by the way I resent anyone thinking that I have been brainwashed, you obviously haven't been and by hell there is no one on this planet more cranky, or wilfully individual than me.
I am one hundred percent with you to stop the slaughter and would gladly join on a peaceful protest but it isn't just our governments and the system we have to beat it is mankind itself.

C.J. we are all only human, I cannot comment on the case you state because I don't know anything about it, but I do know that one of the triggers, once brainwashing is challenged is that an emotive, shock response will usually come up....

Yes I am brain washed, I challenge it, constantly, but how could I not be, I am a product of an age when we were all brain washed and still are, we have a triune brain, a vestigial reptilian cortex, a mammalian cortex and a "higher" human brain, once the reptilian or mammalian brain is engaged (fight or flight, fear, danger to a loved one, sex, perceived lack of security etc)they will over ride our higher brain and it is then that we are easy to manipulate.

The young man in the picture is someone I care about a good deal, he has a loving family, a girlfriend and his whole life ahead of him, I have not been able to bring myself to have the depleted uranium conversation with him.

Cowardice? Or the conditioning that we all have not to talk about the elephant in the room ? Maybe I am scared of his response he is a career soldier, and has been in the Middle East twice already and may well be deployed there again.

The "shoot the messenger" response is one I am well used to by now, and try to avoid.

Have you heard of HAARP ? It is a US project that uses low frequency radio waves to control human emotions? They can literally use this to project voices into a persons head, feelings of anger, depression etc. I would suggest you look into it.

It is now believed that this HAARP technology was used against the women at Greenham Common Women's peace camp, we knew we were being bombarded with something, but we didn't know what,we were a supportive and disciplined lot so we helped each other through mood swings and depression, however when I was there one woman did get sectioned. (and that was twenty five years ago)

Mother Sharon Damnable said...

this technology has, no doubt been advanced since then and is, I believe used more frequently than we realise.

We, none of us exist in a vacuum, and indeed I have known my share of mad and bad people, but they always seem to have something that kicks them off, and I don't believe I have every met anybody that murders, manipulates and lies on the scale that the illuminati do.

Mother Sharon Damnable said...

....as for Nero, well I imagine having Caligula as an uncle, a father charged with treason, adultery and incest and ascending as emperor of Rome at the age of 16 would be a lot for a young man to deal with, and he was certainly influenced by his "advisers" who no doubt had their own agendas.

Perhaps I am wrong, perhaps you are wrong but we will never know until man is left the hell alone to see what he might become, in the meanwhile we do have to challenge the people who make this life hell on earth for everybody, and they are not the governments, who are only puppets, the people we have to challenge are the illuminati

We need to make in roads into the way goeverments are elected. we currently have a coalintion which appears to be nothing short of a Tory ran facade with the dear old Liberals doing as they are told.
People forget that the UK voted 10 million to centre right and 16 million to centre left.
Where is the democracy in that?

Mother Sharon Damnable said...

C.J. as your son was a Royal Marine Commando I wonder that you do not address the concern I raised in this article which is about Depleted Uranium, if you son has served in a war zone in the last 15 years, I would have thought this to be a serious concern for you......

There is NO democracy! It is a SHAM, another opiate for the masses!

There is a day of action on the 24 November, please be involved, it really is time to look for the truth and stop being oppressed by propaganda and mind control.
