if the USA can give just a paltry 25 % of this in aid to the third world it can solve many problems of USA and without fighting...but that would not benefit the private bloodsucker military industrial complex and the big 10 like KBR,FLUOR,LBGI,BLACK AND VEACH etc...why did USA fight the USSR..not for its people but to preserve the exploitative system in USA
