You are mostly right...It would be wrong to say you speak for GOD, unless GOD asks you to.
From time to time, when mankind forgets how to hear, let alone listen...When they stop looking, let alone being able to see...ONE is asked to speak to the rest and bring them words of warning.
I guess the real question is...What time is it?
