That is ridiculous! I know where that scene is from, it's from the movie in 2002, Signs. The one with Mel Gibson in it, this is a rip off.

...silver...yes, it is in the movie signs...however...this story existed before the movie was made...in january 1996 in brazil, many witnesses reported seeing this creature...it was also reported that the brazilian military captured one or more of the creatures...the beings were said to be the survivors of a UFO crash in the area of Varginha, Brazil,and had been reported by several locals...even though the video was fabricated for the movie...the birthday party scene allegedly did happen but without a camera to record it...i posted the video because of it's shock value.
