"There are many ways to calm a negative energy without suppressing or fighting it. You recognize it, you smile to it, and you invite something nicer to come up and replace it; you go somewhere in nature, or you do some walking meditation.” — Thich Nhat Hanh

dissolution
In space, the powers of creation and destruction work differently than they do here on earth. Matter appears, dissolves and reappears just like here but in a much s l o w e r m a n n e r. Matter that makes up you and me. On earth we’re refreshed at such high rates of speed that the particles of matter disappear and reappear in essentially the same place ..making our position more or less predictable from one instant to the next. In space, however, it’s so cold that things take a little longer ..when measured in nano-seconds. So, instead of the high-speed collisions that we see on earth .. particles are refreshed by way of quantum tunneling in space [link]. This means we could wink out of one place one moment and reappear in another place the next ..kind of like looking at someone through a strobe light. And not only that .. this kind of delay lowers the probability of particles sticking together ..meaning there’s a good chance that we could dissolve in the process.

prisoner of war
Nguyễn Văn Lém (referred to as Captain Bảy Lốp) (died 1 February 1968 in Saigon) was a member of the Viet Cong who was summarily executed in Saigon during the Tet Offensive. The execution was captured on film by photojournalist Eddie Adams, and the momentous image became a symbol of the inhumanity of war.
On the second day of Tet, amid fierce street fighting, Lém was captured and brought to Brigadier General Nguyễn Ngọc Loan, then Chief of the Republic of Vietnam National Police. Using his personal sidearm, General Loan summarily executed Lém in front of AP photographer Eddie Adams and NBC television cameraman Vo Suu. The photograph and footage were broadcast worldwide, galvanizing the anti-war movement; Adams won a 1969 Pulitzer Prize for his photograph. (read more)

all the difference in the world
An old man was going for a walk on the beach, when he noticed a little boy feeding a thin, shaggy looking dog with bits of bread.
He went up to the boy and asked him why he was sharing his bread with the dogs.
The little boy answered, "Because they have nothing. No home, no family, and if I don’t feed them they will die."
“But there are homeless dogs everywhere," the old man replied. “So your efforts don’t really make a difference”
The little boy looked at the dog and stroked him. “But for him, for this little dog, it makes all the difference in the world.”

A Christmas Wish
ancient's BIBLE
It is my Christmas Wish for people to recognize, understand and share the Spiritual TRUTH that religions and corruption have distorted. The GOLDEN RULE, by which ALL others shall fall into place.
It is NOT; "Do unto others..." It IS; "LOVE Thy Neighbor as you LOVE GOD and LOVE thyself."
LOVE
your humble servant,
Pope Vincent
