    Life is absurd. Truth wanders down many paths seeking itself. The mind is filled with chattering thoughts never truly at peace. A silent mind is a mind connected to the present. The majority of human minds are racing with unbidden thoughts that are forever chattering. Remove the 'I' from the self and be mindful. Remember there is peace in silence.
